  1. By electronically signing this document, I confirm that:

  1. I have read and understand the Privacy Policy document;

  2. I have been given the opportunity to ask questions;

  3. I voluntarily give consent on behalf of my child;

  4. I understand that I can withdraw or change consent at any time;

  5. I understand the proposed use of data;

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

COPPA requires the posting of clear and comprehensible privacy policy that explains how the personal information of kids under 13 is handled. Direct notice of the information practices must be given to parents before the collection of their child’s data, and the parent’s verifiable consent obtained. Additionally, parents have ongoing rights to review the personal information collected about their child, revoke consent, and delete their child’s personal data. The operator is also required to establish and maintain reasonable procedures to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of children’s personal information.

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Since we don’t collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 16 years old, no waiver for HIPAA applies to this consent.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K)

The same is required for the Europe and UK regulation for kids that are 16 years old or under.

NOTICE

Please notice that we can be sure that a parent is actually giving their consent. In case that action is taken by the child, we cannot be held responsible. The same happens in case the consent is not expressly given by the parents but there is no information given that the data being processed belongs to a minor (considering ages accordingly to each context).

We do not collect or sell personally identifiable information of legally minors.
